To be held at the Northam Town Hall located at 83 Wellington St East, Northam from 5pm on Friday 3 September until 12 noon on Sunday 5 September.

The results of the WAPF Interclub/PrintWest photographic competition will be revealed during the Saturday conference dinner and finalists’ prints will be on display throughout the conference. Other features will include product displays by our sponsors and an Epson print station.



The conference fee is $220 pp with an early-bird rate of $200 if paid before 31 July. This fee includes:

Friday evening function, supper and cultural entertainment.
Saturday morning tea, lunch and evening sit-down dinner, speakers and workshop.

Sunday morning tea and speakers.



An attendee may bring a non-attending partner, relative or friend to the Saturday night dinner at a cost of $60. 



Workshop activities will be held on Saturday from 2pm. Group numbers may be limited depending on the activity. We will endeavour to give attendees their first choice but this cannot be guaranteed and priority of application will count so please note your preferences in order from the list below. These workshops are included in your ticket price. They are:

1. Old Railway themed shoot with David Dare Parker
2. Cultural Portraits from start to finish with Steve Wise
3. Couples Rural Farm shoot with Angie Roe (transport provided)
4. Heritage Building Walk with Shire of Northam
5. River and Birdlife walk with two NPG members
6. Step back in Time Grass Valley with Randel & Joy.



Payment for this event can be made by Paypal or Credit Card. 
A 95% refund is applicable for any cancellations advised to the WAPF Treasurer before 14 August 2021. From 14 August to 29 August inclusive a 50% refund is applicable.
In the event that the conference has to be cancelled due to Covid-19 regulations the WAPF will absorb unavoidable costs up to the amount of its sponsorship. Attendance fees will then be refunded pro-rata after deducting any remaining unavoidable costs from the collected fee pool.
